1. The Object

Be the first player to score 121 points. Points are scored for combinations of cards occurring during play or in your hand.

2. The Deal & Crib

6 cards are dealt to each player. You must discard 2 cards to the "Crib" (which belongs to the dealer). A starter card is cut.

3. Pegging

Players alternate playing cards without exceeding 31. Points are scored for:

• 15: Two or more cards sum to 15 (2 pts)
• Pairs: Cards of same rank (2 pts)
• Runs: Sequence of 3+ cards (1 pt per card)
• 31: Hitting exactly 31 (2 pts)
• Go: Playing last card under 31 (1 pt)

4. Scoring Hands

After pegging, hands are scored including the starter card. Combinations include 15s, Pairs, Runs, Flushes (4+ same suit), and Nobs (Jack of same suit as starter).
