Farkle on Arcadia

Farkle is a classic push-your-luck dice game where the risk is part of the fun. You roll six dice, score your points, and decide whether to roll again or bank what you've earned.

The catch? Farkle — rolling with no scoring dice wipes out your turn. The reward? Hot Dice — scoring all six dice lets you roll again immediately.

How to Play

  1. Roll all six dice.
  2. Score your points by selecting scoring dice.
  3. Decide: roll again to add more points, or bank to secure them.
  4. If you roll with no scoring dice, you Farkle and lose turn points.
  5. First to 10,000 points wins!

Core Rules

  • Single 1s = 100 points each
  • Single 5s = 50 points each
  • Three of a kind = 100× face value (three 1s = 1,000)
  • Four+ of a kind = double the three-of-a-kind value
  • Straight 1-6 = 1,500 points
  • Three pairs = 1,500 points
  • Two triplets = 2,500 points

Strategy: Push Your Luck

  • Bank early when you have 300+ points and only 1-2 dice left.
  • Hot Dice (all 6 scoring) is huge — you get another full roll!
  • Avoid chasing combinations unless you already have most dice locked.
  • Watch the bot: it banks at 300+ with good conditions.
  • Farkles happen. Don't tilt — stay disciplined.

Practical Tips

  • A single 1 is always worth keeping.
  • Don't break up a three-of-a-kind to chase something else.
  • With 4+ dice left and 300+ points, consider banking.
  • The bot is aggressive — expect it to push hard.
